We are a non-profit organization committed to creating permanently affordable housing in the Binghampton neighborhood of Memphis, TN.
Founded in 2018, the Binghampton Community Land trust is a community-led affordable housing initiative operating in the Binghampton neighborhood of Memphis, TN. Through acquiring, rehabbing, and reselling blighted housing and property using the community land trust model, we are keeping our neighborhood affordable for long-time residents and accessible to families facing the economic effects of gentrification.
